About this Event

On behalf of Plant Based Pittsburgh and Migliaro Consulting, we are excited to announce this 2024 Pittsburgh event that will empower YOU to develop more plant-centered food choices and improve your overall health & wellness. You will enjoy a day of workshops, cooking demonstrations, food tastings, local resources and handouts, plus breakfast/lunch, beverages, and a welcome bag!

Guest speakers Include:

Sally Lipsky, PhD, is a plant-based nutrition educator. She’s certified in Plant-based Nutrition from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, leader of Plant-Based Pittsburgh, and author of Beyond Cancer: The Powerful Effect of Plant-Based Eating.

Natalie Gentile, MD, is board-certified in Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, with a residency at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN. She is a direct primary care physician and owner of Rebel Wellness, the first freestanding Lifestyle Medicine-oriented wellness space in Pittsburgh owned by an independent physician and geared toward serving the community at large.

Brittany Jaroudi, MEd, is a whole food plant-based educator who runs The Jaroudi Family YouTube cooking channel. She is certified in Plant-based Nutrition from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.

Susan Greenberg, PhD, is an educator and experienced plant-based cook.

Linda Jones is an accomplished plant-based cook who has extensive experience adapting recipes and meals to please children's taste buds.

Nedra Hazlett, MSN, CRNP, administers the Atrial Fibrillation Support Forum and is an appointed special patient representative for the FDA. She completed and has facilitated the Health Improvement Course (CHIP program) and earned a certificate in Plant-based Nutrition from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.

Joyce Valore is an accomplished plant-based cook and an enthusiastic advocate for the healing power of plant-based eating habits.
