Discover the world of plant-based proteins ! You don't have to be vegan or vegetarian to reap the benefits of eating more vegetables, in fact, research shows that adding some plant-based proteins to your regular diet is an easy way to increase your fiber, antioxidants, and all kinds of other heart-healthy nutrients. And we'll teach you how to make it delicious, too!
Sample Menu*:
- Curried Pumpkin and Lentil Stew
- Ginger Sesame Baked Tofu
- Tofu Chocolate Mousse

Allergens:
There is wheat and dairy in the recipes for the class, which may be able to be substituted with enough advanced notice. Please let us know ASAP if you have a gluten, dairy, or any other food allergies.
Additional Information:
- Class fee of $60.00 per participant includes lunch of all dishes made.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Please see our for youth-appropriate classes.
Cancellation policy:
Due to the small class sizes and nature of planning for fresh ingredients, refund/transfer requests made less than 2 weeks before the class date may not be accepted. Note that refunds may not include the Eventbrite processing fee.
