Bios
Shawn is a certified health coach with a passion for plant based cooking which he learned while transitioning to the diet for his own health reasons. He loves to share this knowledge and passion, while also continuing to learn, with others.
Mae-Yee is the founder and creator of BaBa Duck, which serves delicious vegan versions of traditional Chinese dishes. BaBa Duck's food is influenced by her Chinese-American upbringing, and honors Cantonese cooking.
