In addition, each has obtained a Plant-Based Nutrition Certification from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
WHO SHOULD COME? Omnivores, vegans, the plant-curious and plant-based veterans are all welcome.
WHY SHOULD YOU COME? Our book club is a great opportunity to connect with others, sample healthy food, and learn something new.
THIS MONTH'S BOOK: "Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones" by James Clear
We are going to discuss how the principles of Atomic Habits can be applied to the Whole Food, Plant-Based (WFPB) way of eating for nutritional health by focusing on small, sustainable changes and establishing mindful habits. What better month to discuss this issue than January!

SOCIALIZE AND SNACK: The meeting room will be available from 6:45 PM to 8:15 PM, so feel free to arrive a bit early to sample some food and stay a bit late to socialize, if you are so inclined.
The library allows you to bring in food and non-alcoholic beverages; there is also a vending machine with cold drinks and a water bottle refill station.
COMMUNITY FRIDGE: The library has a community fridge / pantry - feel free to bring something to donate - it's a great way to give back as the library is letting us use the space free of charge.
