Hello, I am Sugandha and have been cooking since age 10. I am of Indian origin but traveled to multiple countries and with my travel my taste and flavour evolved. When I learned Ayurvedic Science I realized food is important to our sustainable health and we are what we eat. So, I am on this journey to help enrich people's lives through flavorful and healthy food.
