Join us for the first gathering of Plant Ally Journey ~ an immersive experience dedicated to building a living relationship with medicinal plants.
This first session is devoted to Chamomile, a gentle yet powerful ally for calm, rest and emotional softening.
This is not a herbal class in the traditional sense.
It is a slow, embodied, sensory journey; a space to listen, feel and meet the plant beyond information.
What to Expect:

✨ Learning about chamomile’s physical, emotional & energetic properties
✨Sharing chamomile tea
✨ A meditation to meet the spirit of the plant
✨ Journalling and reflection
Each participant will receive 10g of chamomile to take home and continue working with throughout the month.
