About this Event
Plans Into Action – Resistance & Resilience Guelph
During this time of tariffs, your community needs you.
Join us for a morning of community, connection, and purpose as we turn plans into action and build real local resilience.
Guelph is one of the hardest-hit cities in Canada. Based on data gathered from our previous events - and clear gaps in current tariff response - we’re called to protect our community by supporting local care organizations and laid-off workers.
At this event, we’ll share our Community Data Report, strategically plan our collective response, and our Working Groups on Housing, Food, Jobs, Environment, and Advocacy will finalize the initiatives they’ll support. This gathering is all about turning our plans into action.
✨ Free brunch provided! ✨
You can help us with a future fundraiser by bringing good-quality used clothing and/or donating some non-perishable food items for the community.
Whether you’ve been part of this work before or are joining for the first time - you’re welcome here. Everyone has something to contribute.
