About this Event
Planning AHEAD is a 7-session research-based program that will help participants understand how to prepare for the end of life for themselves or a loved one and understand the importance of having a plan in place.
Attend in person or by Zoom.
- In-person: Wednesdays, 09/18 - 10/30 10:30 am to 11:30 am.
- Zoom: Wednesdays, 09/18 - 10/30 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
Session topics include Getting Started, Handling Financial Changes, Advanced Medical and Legal Directives, Estate Planning, Choices in End-of-Life Care, Final Wishes, and Understanding Grief.
This program is for people who:
-are interested in planning for the end of life to make things easier for loved ones
-have lost a loved one
-are in the process of losing a loved one and are dealing with the transition
