Come join us at our 2nd Annual Interactive Minority Health Fair where we will be providing valuable information and resources to promote Holistic health and wellness within minority communities. This in-person event will be held at our Northwest Community Center: 5370 W. Fond Du Lac Ave. Milwaukee, WI 53216 and will feature interactive booths, workshops, and activities focused on addressing health disparities.
