Planets in the Park
Friends of Clifton Park, along with Mexborough & Swinton Astronomical Society invite you to Planets in the Park. In conjunction with National Astronomy Week, we will be looking at the Moon high in the sky with Jupiter and Mars, all sitting in splendour above the magnificent constellation of Orion!

Free event with no booking required. (You can attend without a ticket!)
So why not come along and view the night sky as never before, suitable for all ages, presentations and displays will complement the observing of the night sky. If you have a telescope or binoculars and require advise please bring it along we will be only too happy to help.
Please wrap up warm for the evening, February can be cold at night, refreshments will be available for a small charge.
National Astronomy Week 2025 runs from 1-9 February and is supported by the Royal Astronomical Society, British Astronomical Association, Federation of Astronomical Societies, and Society for Popular Astronomy.
