Ready to spread your wings? This October, Planeta invites you to take flight at our Mariposa Freedom Rave: a night of music, dance, and collective freedom. Join us as we transform Public into a vibrant garden of sound, movement, and art. Come through to dance, build, and dream with us
This intentional rave experience centers migration, liberation, and freedom for all. Together, we’ll raise funds for AMOR and honor the mariposa, a symbol of migration and resilience that inspires us all. Expect:
As always, Planeta welcomes everyone but centers our Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color fam. Let’s dance, create, and show what liberation can look like together.
- Outdoor rave + dance space under the stars
- Indoor cozy craft lounge for creating + connecting
- DJs spinning Brazilian funk, Afro house, EDM + more
- Hands-on art builds + interactive creations
- Letter writing + poster making for solidarity with incarcerated people
- Plants, greenery, and handcrafted décor
- Mini-golf (ticket add-on option) with Dusty Planet
Mariposa Freedom Rave is more than a party, it’s a chance to connect with ourselves, each other, and the collective flight toward freedom.
