We will be having our Thanksgiving Picnic Luncheon on Thursday 11/21 for PK4 - 2nd Grade. Families have two options:1. Bring your own lunch.
2. Purchase a lunch from the cafeteria (all EBR Students get free lunch daily...only adults need to purchase a lunch if wanting to eat from the cafeteria on this day).
Parents and families attending can bring chairs and blankets and eat outdoors and enjoy their time together, and then check out the Fall Arts Showcase in the gym!
We know it’s early, but please complete this RSVP Form to the best of your knowledge.
We MUST have this form filled by NOON ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 24.
If you choose to have lunch provided by our cafeteria, you must pay online through the online payment system no later than Friday, November 15th. Lunch will be Baked Turkey Roast w/ Gravy, Cornbread Dressing w/Cranberry Sauce, Dark Green Salad with Fruit & Vinaigrette Dressing, Sweet Potatoes, Assorted Fruit, WG Roll and Milk. The cost is $6.75.
THIS FORM IS DUE NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, OCTOBER 24TH.
PAYMENTS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 15TH.
Remember also that this luncheon is only for students in Pre-K, Kindergarten, First, and Second grade. Grades 3 - 5 will have a luncheon in the Winter.
Parents and Grandparents will report to the awning outside of the gym and sign in at the table. The students will be brought outside and lined up to efficiently connect with their family members. Families will have approximately an hour for their picnic, and students can be brought back to the line up area. All check-outs should be scheduled in School Dismissal Manager. Please select “School Event - Early Checkout” and make a note about who will be checking out the child if not the parent.
