Pizza-Making Workshop at The Cheese Board Collective

When you arrive, you'll wash your hands and be given an apron to wear. We'll show you how we spin pizza dough and then you'll be able to spin some yourself. Then you'll build your pizza with our (all vegetarian) ingredients. We'll be on hand for coaching and questions! After you build your pizza, you'll watch us bake your pizza, and then you'll be able to garnish and cut your own pie and eat it in the dining room of the pizzeria. We'll have salad for you to enjoy, and if you'd like to purchase non-alcoholic beverages and cookies, those will be available, too. We'll also have design-your-own take-home pizza kits for purchase. Come hang out with us on Sunday 5/12-- workshops are 2.5 hours long, and they start at 11 and 2.
