Pizza Making Workshop

Intimidated by dough? Unsure about toppings? There’s a lot that goes into creating the perfect homemade pizza—learn the ins and outs of one of the most iconic foods with the experts at Murray’s. First, we’ll walk you through making our tried and tested dough recipe (which you’ll be able to take home!). Then, you’ll get a ball of perfectly proofed dough made by our chef, and we’ll walk you through stretching and topping with artisanal selections from our cheese counter. We’ll bake your pie, and you’ll get to enjoy your fresh-out-of-the-oven, handmade masterpiece

In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.

This release is intended to discharge, in advance, Murray’s Cheese, LLC, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, members and managers and all other members of its staff whether contracted or employed, from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected to in any way with any participation at the Event. We agree and understand that our attendance and participation at the Event is voluntary and we assume risks associated with the activity in which we will be participating. If alcoholic beverages are consumed during the Event, we understand that this may increase our risk of injury and agree not to operate a motor vehicle if we may be over the legal limit. I represent and warrant that I am authorized to provide the aforementioned waiver, release, and discharge on behalf of any attendees that I have registered for the Event.
