Join us as at Eataly's La Pizza & La Pasta Restaurant, where we will give you an insider’s view into Eataly's delicious, Neapolitan-style pizza!
Our pizzaioli from Rossopomodoro are passionate about making authentic pizza that transports your taste buds to the city of Napoli, the birthplace of pizza. One of our expert pizza makers will host this pizza-making hands-on class right in Eataly's La Pizza & La Pasta restaurant, showing you how they make and build Neapolitan-style pizza.
In these workshops, you will learn from our pizzaioli how to create and shape dough as they share the history of Neapolitan-style pizza. Our pizzaioli will fire their creations right before your eyes in Eataly’s wood-burning golden ovens, imported from Italy and assembled brick by brick in our pizza restaurant. During the class, you’ll enjoy a glass of wine or beer, one antipasto, and an entire pizza. Plus, we’ll send you home with a fresh ball of pizza dough so you can practice what you learned!
