Mariella Bliss is teaming up with refined sourdough baker Sue Brown to hold a comprehensive workshop on the subject of Focaccia and Pizza Come and join us for a lunchtime class to learn how to make authentic pizza using simple ingredients and clever, easy techniques.
Mariella has an infectious enthusiasm for all things Italian especially pizza: a great relaxed and fun class.
You will learn techniques to mix, knead and shape dough as well as cooking pizza on our outside wood burning pizza oven .
Mariella will also show you techniques to use at home, so a pizza oven is not essential. You will be able to enjoy your pizza in the garden (weather permitting!) as well as taking dough with you to cook at home.
Classes are small, maximum 5 people
All abilities are welcome
We have plenty of space and are able to adhere strictly to to all COVID 19 guidelines
