Elevate your pizza-making skills with our comprehensive Pizza Dough Class.
Guests will explore the differences between Poolish and Biga pre-ferments and participate in a hands-on demonstration of both methods. Using these techniques, you’ll craft various pizza doughs, either by hand or with a stand mixer.
The class concludes with a family-style tasting experience, featuring pizzas made with the dough styles learned. A booklet containing detailed recipes for doughs, sauces, and topping inspirations is included to guide your future culinary creations.
Every class offers a complementary drink, an antipasto platter and dessert. Plus a 10% discount to use at the end of the night to shop for your favorite ingredients.
