$50 for professionals
Ticket grants entry with pizza and one drink provided.
Additional donations encouraged.
The sole purpose of the West Virginia Physical Therapy Political Action Committee is to garner funding to assist with building relationships and ensure action is taken on key issues that can impact the physical therapy profession within WV. Individual elected officials and political groups that are in positions to influence or change laws/regulations as they pertain to physical therapy in the state of WV are the target for the PAC. This committee is charged with fundraising to make contributions in a bipartisan effort for positive physical therapy practice. We also exist to promote awareness for issues that could impact physical therapy in WV and may influence patient care.
All donations to our Political Action Committee must be personal – no corporate donations or corporate credit cards permitted. You must provide your place of employment on the payment form in order to comply with West Virginia law. Contributions to APTA WV PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal or state income tax purposes.
