Take a breath, take a break and join us for an evening of creativity, connect and care at HealthLinc Valparaiso's Pizza and Paint event!On Tuesday, January 13, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. CST, we invite the community to HealthLinc Valparaiso, located at 1001 N. Sturdy Rd., for a relaxed and supportive event focused on mental health and well-being.
✨ What to expect:
- A brief and helpful mental health presentation
- Local resources and support information
- A calming painting activity designed to help you relax and unwind
- Pizza (because everyone's better with pizza!🍕)
No painting experience is needed - just come as you are. However, please let us know you're coming so we can make sure there are enough supplies and slices to go around. Please RSVP to Trish by January 10 at 219-462-7173 Ext. 2461.
