Join us as Coach Cassie leads us through a 30 minute PiYo session in the Group Fitness Studio on Tuesday, June 9th at 5:15pm.PiYo is a dynamic, low-impact fitness program that combines the core-strengthening of Pilates with the flexibility and balance of yoga.
Set to upbeat music, it speeds up traditional poses and movements to deliver a high-energy, full-body aerobic workout without the use of weights or jumping.
Free to members
$30 drop in fee for non-members.
