What is 9D Breathwork?
A powerful breath-led journey using sound, frequency, voice, and subconscious cues to release emotion, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your true self.
It weaves together 9 layers, including conscious breathwork, brainwave music, solfeggio tones, subliminal affirmations, and 3D sound, for a deep, full-body experience that goes beyond traditional breathwork.
With each 9D journey, you will experience exactly what your body needs and is ready for. Our aim is to create a safe and supportive space where you can fully embrace the 9D experience, allowing you to release, reset, and create the change you seek.
You will be provided a thorough introduction, mat, eye mask, and blanket. The session will conclude with crystal singing bowls to allow for further integration.
