Shoes: Flats (jazz sneakers/ballet flats or similar) are recommended, bring socks and tango heels as options
Recommended for intermediate to advanced dancers.
Bookings are essential as limited places are available.
This intensive will focus on bodywork for the individual, no need to book as a couple.

ABOUT NINELLE Sophia
Ninelle studied Dance and Choreography in the former USSR at the Institute of Culture in Perm, covering various dance forms, including classical and national character dance.
As a Professional Pilates instructor with extensive training in exercise and movement programs for health, rehabilitation, dance and sport training, Ninelle has an in-depth understanding of biomechanics for effective movement patterns.
She discovered Argentine tango in 2011 and has been studying it, developing her technique and experience ever since.
Ninelle has been teaching tango for 7 years and recently founded the Bayside Tango School.
