Pivot: How to Adjust and Adapt When Plans Break
Plans don’t always go the way we expect, and that’s where the real learning begins.
Join us on 6 February (9:45–12:00) for an interactive session focused on pivoting: learning how to adapt, rethink, and move forward when ideas, projects, or businesses don’t go to plan.
The event will feature guest speaker Wani Mkandawire, who will share real-world experiences of failure, reflection, and adaptation, and how pivoting became a turning point rather than a setback.
You’ll then take part in a practical workshop designed to help you:
- Understand what pivoting really means in a business context
- Explore how to adapt ideas under pressure
- Reflect on failure as a tool for growth
- Build confidence in making changes when things aren’t working
The session will finish with informal networking, giving you the chance to connect with others, share ideas, and continue the conversation.
