Join us for a restorative and immersive experience of sound, stillness, and self-discovery, at Yoga Gen in Pitt Meadows on March 9, 2025, hosted by Libra Luna Meditation. In addition, Raven Healing will be offering Reiki services, led by Brenda, a Certified Reiki Practitioner. Brenda’s energy work will enhance your experience, fostering holistic healing. Together, we invite you to embrace this opportunity for renewal and inner peace.

Sound baths work by using soothing tones and harmonic frequencies to guide you into a meditative state, helping to:

What to bring:
Yoga mats and bolsters are available to use, however are limited. We suggest if you have your own to bring it with you. For added comfort, consider bringing:
