Noon: Tri-Tip Turn-In (12:00–12:30 PM)
12:30 PM: Hot Dog Turn-In
(Hot Dogs provided – must turn in 6 individual portions in the box)
Turn-In Boxes Provided | No Garnish Allowed
💡 Tri-Tip can be marinated or injected ahead of time, but must be raw & unseasoned at meat inspection. Keep all meats on ice or refrigerated. A full box always scores better!
