We are excited to offer our first cook class! pitmaster Kevin Heese from Weekend Bum BBQ out of Kansas City will be putting on a class at the store. The cost of this class is $75. Space is limited so you’ll want to sign up early.

- full recipies given at beginning of class - take notes on techniques only
