Lestarya Molloy - Lestarya Molloy is the CEO & Founder of Fridie Outdoors which empowers people to go camping by making outdoor know-how accessible from anywhere. With over 10 years of experience in the technology industry in product management and user experience research, Lestarya has brought new technology to life that makes the camping experience more accessible and enjoyable for all, especially people of color who have been under-represented in outdoor recreation. Lestarya has successfully built relationships with national retailers in the outdoor space, she's graced the Pitch Black PDX stage, and placed 2nd in the Adidas Community Lab pitch competition.
Jospin & Japhety - Bproud was founded by Jospin Mugisha and Japhety Ngabireyimana. They are cousins who were born and raised in Kibondo, Tanzania. Jospin's family moved to America after his mother was hospitalized during a robbery. Japhety's family followed one month later. They created the Bproud clothing brand with a mission to create a difference in the world, starting with wanting every individual to be proud of their heritage. Bproud won the 2024 TiE University Oregon Regional pitch competition and competed in the 2024 TiE University Global pitch competition this past spring.
