Hit a combined total of 1000 pounds across all three lifts and earn your spot in the elite club! ?️♂️?
OPEN TO BOTH MEMBERS & NON-MEMBERS!
ENTRY FEE: Members: $30
Non-Members: $40
Event T-shirt is included with entry into the competition!
(Shirt sizes will be collected at registration and shirts will arrive within a couple of weeks after the event)
Lifts:
Squats - Barbell Back or Front Squat
Bench Press - DB/BB Bench Press (DB weight will be added together)
Deadlift - Trap Bar or Barbell
How Totals are Determined:
Each member will work up to a 1 RM on each exercise and those 3 numbers will be added together to get a total
Club Classes:
500lb Club - (500-749lbs)
750lb Club - (750-999lbs)
1000lb Club (1000-1199lbs)
1200lb Club - (1200lbs and up)
