This is the Club’s formal governance meeting for the year. The business of our Annual General Meeting shall be to:
- confirm the minutes of the last AGM
- adopt the Committee’s report on the finances of the Society
- set membership subscriptions for the current financial year
- vote on the adoption of a new constitution that adheres with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 (you'll be sent a draft soon, we would really appreciate your review and feedback)
- elect officers/management committee. Resignations have been received from Club Captain, Club Secretary, Junior Coordinator and New Member Liaison volunteer roles. In accordance with our rules all officers wishing to remain on our committee must be re-elected
- consider any general business
