Exercise is good for your physical nd mental health . We are trying a more physical exercise to see if people enjoy this in contrast to stretch .All exercise will be tailored to the individual and can be done seated or standing you are in control of what you are comfortable trying .
Structured session plans can incorporate jump rope, Agility Ladder drills, bodyweight exercises ,padwork drills, Resistant bands and more
any ability catered for-over 18's we will need numbers before the day .
We will endure everyone has a rest after and a hot or cold drink with an opportunity to chat and discuss how the session went .
For the trial there is no charge to try for people with M S and if numbers allow partners and assistants too
