Two ways to join the fun:
🏅 Individual – can drink a 4 oz beer, run 400m… do it 4 times. Finish with an ice-cold pint of beer.
👟 4-Person Team Relay – Can take turns drinking/chugging & running/walking 400m. When the 4th runner/walker crosses, everyone celebrates with their own pint of beer/beverage.
