Q: What level is this class?
A: This class is perfect for beginners and intermediate yogis alike. Angela is very attentive to each participant to ensure they are well equipped with accomodations to make poses more accessible or challenging - depending on your fitness goals. Chat with Angela before class if you have specific goals or considerations she should be aware of.
Q: How Do You Sign Up?
A: No need to sign up ahead of time! When you arrive at the Biergarten, you will see Angela and the group congregating under the pine trees next to the Biergarten. We recommend arriving to the Biergarten about ten minutes early to roll out your mat and get settled.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Please bring a yoga mat. If you own blocks, straps or extra yoga gear- feel free to bring them as well (although it is not mandatory). The Biergarten opens at Noon, immediately following the yoga class. The cost of a yoga session is $12 and includes a complimentary beverage at the Biergarten. Water, wine, mimosas, beer and other NA beverages are available.
