Join Sam for a fun, slow-flow yoga class with our friends at Bright Eye Beer Co in Long Beach! This beginner friendly class will be held from 11:00a-12:00p. The class will incorporate breathing techniques, mindful stretches, slow movements and a soulful playlist to help wind down after the weekend.A beverage of your choice (pint of beer or other beverage) is included and will be offered after class! The taproom will be open to the public at 1pm so feel free to stay, enjoy community and some of the best locally crafted beers + kombucha!
***PLEASE NOTE - this class takes place at Bright Eye Beer Co., located at 50 W Park Ave in Long Beach - NOT THE STUDIO (you may receive an automatically generated email receipt that says class is at studio - please disregard). Students must bring a Yoga mat for class; yoga blocks and a blanket to pad your knees are optional.
