Here is a little info about your instructor:
Bethany Hartman, founder of Heat Yoga Studio in Cedar Rapids and North Liberty, believes in creating an atmosphere where diversity is embraced and all may come together to experience oneness through the practice of yoga. Beth has been teaching yoga since 2012 and believes that although every person’s story is different, yoga has the power to transform each person’s life through its teachings. She hopes to share these transformative teachings as much as possible and bring the profound benefits of the practice within reach for everyone she comes in contact with.
