Please join us at Fat Lady Brewery on June 10th at 11 am for 75 minutes of BYOMat yoga flow and sound healing meditation with Crystal Singing Bowls lead by Elona. Expect to feel energized, relaxed, connect together and enjoy a flight of beers in great company.
Part of the proceeds from the tickets will go towards Elona’s fundraiser for Bike a Thon Philly 2023 in support of the American Cancer Society Philadelphia.
Why join Flow and Flights to support Elona’s fundraiser?
Since 2020, Elona has been attending Bike a Thon Philly, an annual bike ride from Philly to AC.
In 2019, Elona lost her dad to stage 4 lung cancer. Taking part in this event helps Elona ease the healing process from the grief of losing her dad. This event also gives her the chance to remember her dad's life, honor his name, kindness and generosity.
Elona and her family know the pain, the emotional and financial loss cancer causes. That is why she would like to make a difference and honor those touched by cancer by raising funds for groundbreaking research and services for people dealing with cancer. She is also participating to inspire hope for those facing the disease. Raising money for the American Cancer Society's event can help save lives from cancer.
Who is Elona:
Elona Canaj (she/her) is a 200 HR RYT, 50 HR Yin and Restorative Yoga instructor and 100 HR Yoga Nidra instructor. Elona loves connecting with fellow yogis on/off the mat and looks forward to getting to know everyone who practices with her. Her purpose is to teach and practice yoga and meditation as a tool to train the body, mind and spirit to find openness, cultivate awareness, self-compassion, self-love, and ease any part of the healing process with the hope and intention to better everyone’s wellbeing and human experience.
