What is a Pint Night? It is a fundraiser hosted by a local pub - in this case, Great Raft Brewing, who has kindly agreed to donate $1 per pint of beer sold that night to our club. We will have some interactive games (let's just say we're going to have a couple EGG-citing prizes to win) and we are also working on a raffle prize that will be emailed out to everyone as soon as we have it confirmed. We will also have a table with TV and powerpoint available for the public to see pictures of our habitat restoration project (come hear about it Aug 19!) and see what real impacts we are making to our local ecosystem. Anyone wishing to donate a prize towards Pint Night, please email us or feel free to bring to the August meeting if that is easier. We are also open to ANY ideas for icebreakers, games, or other activities you'd like to see for our first Pint Night. This is an amazing chance to meet people and find our new friends! Don't forget to invite guests!
Great Raft has a fantastic food truck located inside - see the menu on CalTex Barbecue facebook page. You can view their menu online as well. Great Raft is FAMILY FRIENDLY so they welcome all ages - two and four legged.
If anyone wishes to join as a paid member, please have them follow the links above for registration as it automatically adds them to our chapter roster. Never fear! If they join through the main Quailforever.org we can have our regional rep manually add them to our chapter but we'll have to make sure we let him know it is needed.
