Come to Spare Time Bowling alley in Clifton Park on Saturday, March 15th, from 12pm- 2pm to raise money for two great causes helping local animals: the Mr. Mo Project and Benson's CARES, while supporting the talent of local Shenendehowa High School art students.
Inspired by the senior dogs rescued by the Mr. Mo Project, hand painted portraits will be available to bid on while enjoying a fun bowling experience! The proceeds from the art auction will go directly to the Mr. Mo Project while the ticket sales will benefit Benson's CARES.
All ticket purchases include shoe rental, individual tickets cost $30, or teams of 6 people cost $130. This event is limited to 60 people, so grab your tickets before they're gone!
Who is Benson's CARES?
Benson's CARES is a non-profit program created by the family owned and locally operated pet supply store Bensons Pet Center in upstate NY. Benson's CARES mission is to minimize pet abandonment and assist in the healthy care of homeless pets until they can be adopted into permanent homes. Benson's CARES seeks to accomplish that mission by providing animal rescue groups and animal shelters in upstate New York that are in need of pet supplies with no-cost pet food and other pet care necessities. Benson’s CARES is very proud that they are able to pursue their mission without charging a fee to any party.
Who is the Mr. Mo Project?
The Mr. Mo Project is a non- profit program focused on empowering senior dogs with Hope and Homes across the nation. The Mr. Mo Project rescues senior dogs from shelters nationwide so they can live out their lives in a loving home setting. The Mr. Mo Project coordinates the transport of senior dogs from all over the United States, recruits foster families for the dogs and provides ongoing support by being a partner in the dogs' care, including paying the medical and vet bills for the duration of their lives.
