Guests will enjoy a meticulously crafted five-course feast, perfectly paired with our award-winning Pinots. The dinner will be held by fire and candlelight, creating an intimate and enchanting atmosphere that celebrates the holy grail o our vineyard. Each course will be designed to compliment the unique characteristics of the wines, offerin a dining experience that delights the senses and showcases the exceptional quality of the Adelaide Hills terroir.
The event will be hosted by Owner and Vigneron Garry Sweeney and our esteemed Head Winemaker. Together they will guide you through the nuances of each vintage, sharing their passion and insight into the art of winemaking.
