The History of Pinocchio's Deli - Pinocchio's dates back to July of 1979 when the Opportunity Center opened the doors to Pinocchio's in the heart of Downtown Owensboro. The first of it's kind, media flocked to downtown to share the support and inclusiveness displayed by our great organization and community. Now, Pinocchio's remains a special memory for many - stories and smiles still being shared today. In celebration of where we've been, and where we are headed, our talented Serve Squad are now offering monthly Pinocchio Pop-Up Lunches as a nod to this special piece of our history.
