This isn’t your normal competition it’s a charity event. Short. Sweet. Impactful.
We’ll have just 2 events:
• A Max Lift or Complex
• A 15-minute AMRAP
That’s it. Fun, fair, and challenging winner takes their division!
100% of proceeds go directly to charity, supporting the cause and the warriors behind the pink ribbon.
Current Iron & Ash members are invited to join the 8 AM community workout all donations are appreciated!
The Pink Out Throwdown competition officially kicks off at 9 AM!
This day is about more than barbells and reps it’s a celebration of strength, courage, and community. Every lift, every cheer, every drop of sweat is a chance to stand beside those who have fought, are fighting, and will fight breast cancer.
So mark your calendars, wear your pink with pride, and bring your energy for a day packed with fitness, fun, and heart.
