We are excited about bringing PINK OUT at Acceleration Church on October 20, 2024. This year will be Acceleration Church's first time partnering with 3D Mobile Mammography. At Pink Out, we will have on-site 3D Mammograms for registered Ladies on October 20, 2024. Appointment times will begin at 8 AM. Plus, each woman registered to get their Mammogram on the 3D Mammogram Bus will receive special goodies!
HOW TO REGISTER
Log on to: https://www.3dmobilemammography.com/ (Or) call 1-844-546-5871. If Using the website to register: click on Schedule Appointments, go to Upcoming Locations and click on Corporate and Community Locations, under Book an Appointment (SCROLL) down to October 20th Pink Out at Acceleration Church.
Women ages 35+ are encouraged to apply
Women age 35-39 can receive one baseline mammogram, no script required.
Cost: Non-Insured - Self-Pay (OR) Insured - all Insurance Plans accepted.
Insured/Using your Health Insurance: Screening Mammograms are covered 100% by insurance once per year for Women 40+ / No Co-pay or Deductible.
Non-Insured will be considered Self-Pay: which means for the Month of October the Mammogram cost reduced from $180 --> $99 (a savings of $81).
As October is Breast Cancer Awareness month - 3D Mobile Mammography's goal is to provide all women the opportunity to have their mammogram if they desire.
