It gets its name from the early wildflowers that bloom in spring, such as the pink grass or wild ground phlox.The next full Moon, known as the ‘Pink Moon’, will occur on April 13, 2025, at 1:22 AM BST in the UK. On this date in Ilfracombe, North Devon, sunset is at 7:39 PM, and dusk ends around 8:11 PM. Therefore, it will be fully dark approximately 4 hours and 33 minutes before the full Moon reaches its peak illumination.
We plan to walk up and over Capstone Hill and rest at a dog friendly harbour pub for refreshments.
