Shamanism is one of the oldest forms of healing and divination on the planet, spanning across cultures and continents for thousands of years. At its core it is a deep connection and understanding of nature and working with the wisdom and energies found there. A Shaman undergoes training to be a bridge between the Earth realms and the realms of Spirit, being able to travel within those realms via journeywork to meet, communicate, and work with Spirit Guides and Ancestors for guidance, insight, and healing.During our time together you will get an introduction to the core aspects of Shamanism, and will take a guided journey together on the beat of a ceremonial drum, to meet your Spirit Guides and work with the energies of the Pink Full Moon, named after the cherry and apple blossoms of spring. This is the time of year of fresh new growth, the landscape blooming as the days grow longer and the temperatures warmer. We will work with our Spirit Guides and the cherry and apple trees to see what is calling to be bloomed forth within our own lives and how we can best support that new growth, expansion, and new endeavors. Learning how we can nurture these blooms will help them successfully bear fruit and bring more fulfillment along our respective paths.
Bring a blanket, pillow, yoga mat or sleeping pad, and an eye covering (scarf or bandana or eye pillow) as you wish for comfort. You may choose to be seated or lay down during the journeywork. You will also want to bring a journal or notebook to record your experiences. Bring water and any snacks you may want to have on hand.
We will meet at beautiful healing space on the second floor of The Earth Magic Shoppe at 39 School Street in Hillsborough, New Hampshire. Overflow parking is available at the library parking lot diagonally across the street.
Class space is limited to 10 people.

Biography
Jen Knight Shamanic Medicine Woman, owner of Spirit Light and Spirit Light Botanicals, is an internationally accomplished healer bringing over 27 years of experience to her practice. She draws upon an array of alternative healing modalities to facilitate energetic and spiritual healing on all levels of one’s being, balancing body, mind, & spirit. Jen is a Shamanic Medicine Woman, Herbalist, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Shaman, and Psychic Medium. Her gifts and skills come from her lineage, going back to her childhood, and studying with Shamanic Healing Practitioners, Reiki Master Teachers, and Herbalists across North, Central, and South America.
Jen is incredibly passionate about connecting people with the Earth, and helping them open up to the healing, grounding, and centering energies found within the Earth and the Astral realms. Many of the ailments people are challenged by can be remedied by clearing and resetting the energy field, removing cording, and stagnant energy that is no longer serving us, grounding and centering, and re-establishing our energetic connection to Source. These are some of the many things Jen works on during the energy healing sessions she offers, creating a safe and sacred space for your healing to take place, guiding and facilitating lasting transformation, while bringing you through a space of empowerment and inspiration.
She offers Herbal, Spiritual & Wellness Consultations, Custom Herbal Formulations, Energy Healing Sessions, personal and gallery style readings, house clearings & blessings, and teaches a host of different classes including all levels of Reiki Certification, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, and Shamanism.
