Join us for a Community Event with a HEART! Creative Simplicity Boutique is teaming up with our friends at Uptown Links Permanent Jewelry to host a fundraiser style shopping event to support our sisters in the community that are fighting cancer. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the ThedaCare Breast Cancer Cosmetology Program. As many insurance companies do not cover the cost of a wig, ThedaCare Breast Cancer Cosmetology Program has a goal to have low or no out of pocket expenses for their patients.

Join us for fun-filled evening of shopping & permanent jewelry supporting a community program. A portion of the proceeds will be donated directly to the program. Opportunities for additional free-will offerings to contribute additional support for the cause will be available during the shopping event, along with an awesome collection of MUST HAVE products in a raffle basket that you can participate in if you'd like. Registration is non-refundable. Ticket includes one complimentary glass of wine, must be 21 yo to participate.
