Wayward Arts presents this one-day workshop by Dana Day, aka @spookysnapsphotography whose fabulously eerie, somewhat distorted, often sexy, photographic works have been featured in recent exhibits: Spooky Show, Art of Divination, and currently Wink.
Learn how to build a Pinhole camera, capture an image, and develope the results in the darkroom.
No prior photography or darkroom experience necessary.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own clean container – think oatmeal box, cocoa tin, etc – and a fun prop to photograph. A limited amount of props & containers will also be on hand.
All images created in class will be scanned and uploaded to the Pinhole Day website where you can see the work of other attendees across the globe.

Workshop is limited to 15 participants and is best suited for adults.
How to get here: We're in easy walking distance to the Brown Line's Ravenswood station, or the Metra's UP-N Ravenswood station. Free street parking is typically ample and available along N Ravenswood Ave, east of the Metra tracks.
