Pinewood Derby Races. Make your own car or use one from the past. $20 per car on the day of the race with all proceeds going toward the Hamilton FOP Honor Guard and their “7 in Heaven” memorial campaign. Car specs: car must be free wheeling (no propellants or starting devices); width shall not exceed 2.75 inches; length shall not exceed 7 inches; weight shall not exceed 5 ounces; wheels shall be at least 1/4 inches wide. No springs, bushings, loose materials, or dripping lubricants.
Each heat will consist of 4 races (one race from each lane). The fastest cumulative time advances. Wildcard spots will be available for the next overall fastest times (number of wildcard to be determined on race day). You will not be permitted to tend to your car between heats.
