Pinellas Push Pull Challenge
Join us for the second annual strength relay for a cause, Pinellas Push Pull Challenge 2024! This in-person event will take place on Sat May 25 2024 at Horan Park, Boca Ciega Drive, St. Pete Beach, FL.
Whether you're a seasoned lifter or a newbie looking to experience the excitement of competition, this challenge is open to fitness enthusiasts at any level.
Pinellas Push Pull '24 will feature 3 separate strength events in a timed format including a yoke run, deadlift and heavy sled push. Two of the three events will feature a water component. Competitors will be judged not only on the completion of each lift and the distance covered in the given time but also the amount of water maintained from start to finish for the specified events.
There are 3 categories for both male & female based on experience at the discretion of the competitor (please be honest!). Below are the listed categories & weights (lbs.) to be used for each event, female (F) listed followed by male (M) :

This event shines light on local business in the health & wellness industry. Connect with like-minded individuals who share your passion. Vendors and sponsors participating in the event will have at least a dedicated 10x10 area in our small business market. This in the past has included chiropractors, massage therapist, meal prep solutions, mental health counselors, crystal shops, IV infusions and more!
Athlete COST: $45
General Admission: BEFORE event $2/Day of Event- $5 at the Park
A part of the proceeds will be donated to benefit the ADAA, Anxiety & Depression Association of America.
