Get ready to kick off your Saturday in the most energizing way possible! Pineapple Pilates is turning ONE, and we’re celebrating with a feel-good, empowering Pilates class at Ball & Chain. Join us on January 17th, 2026, for a high-vibe morning led by Jamie Carpio that will leave you feeling strong, centered, and ready to take on the weekend. Doors open at 10:30am and class begins at 10:45am—don’t forget to bring your own Pilates mat. After class, refuel and mingle with coffee and lattes available for purchase from our coffee cart.
