Pine Planting below the LaTourette Bike Path
Come join us at the Church of St. Andrew for a fun day of planting pine trees below the LaTourette Bike Path!
We’ll meet at the entrance to the bike path on the Old Mill Road (west of Richmond Hill Road) next to the old St. Andrews Church. We’ll follow the Greenway to an existing stand of Pitch Pines that was planted in the mid-90s. We’ll clear patches of ground and plant more pines adjacent to the current stand. Protectors will supply gloves and the necessary tools.
Let's work together to beautify our community and help the environment. No experience is necessary - just bring your enthusiasm and a pair of gloves. See you there!
