Pine Needle Basket Weaving Workshop

Learn to weave your own small pine needle basket. Coil baskets can be woven out of a wide variety of materials. In this workshop we will use locally gathered pine needles to each create our own small basket.

Instructor bio:

Hi, I’m Ramona Moonflower and my passion is for connecting people and plants in healing relationships. I have been weaving baskets for 10 years out of a variety of natural and synthetic materials. My work encompasses environmental activism, education, nature and forest therapy, herbal medicine and the arts. I aim to inspire in people a sense of caring and connection with nature, to realize that our health and the health of the environment are interrelated.
